The church is seeking someone to be our Accompanist. The primary responsibility of the Accompanist is to collaborate with the Chancel Choir Director and the Pastor to create Christ-centered worship that enables and inspires people to draw nearer to God. The Accompanist provides musical support by playing piano (and/or organ if so inclined) for the Sunday 11am service and a few other special services throughout the year. The Accompanist also plays for Chancel Choir anthems. Choir rehearsals are currently Wednesday evenings. Congregational hymns are drawn from The Methodist Hymnal and The Faith We Sing.
