The CWO Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God, and to experience freedom as persons through Jesus Christ; to develop creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

Our Church CWO unit is active. We meet quarterly for a breakfast program. Creedmoor CWO support a wide variety of mission projects and participate in activities for spiritual enrichment.

We support mission projects both locally and in our state.. In our church, we sponsor the CWO Harvest Bazaar, Bake Sale,  and other fundraisers to raise funds for missions.
